I’m Rhea.

I am a second-generation hotelier shaped by the AAHOA community and dedicated to building a stronger future for women in our industry.

Rooted in Hospitality. Tested in Operations.

I know what it takes to run a hotel because I do it every day. Currently, I serve as the Vice President at AAAR Hotels in Cincinnati. In this role, I lead our sales division while overseeing daily operations and team performance. My focus is on driving revenue growth and executing strategies that increase market share.

My background is diverse. I have orchestrated details for over 350 private events as a Corporate Events and Rooms Coordinator at Hotel Covington. I also built a holistic foundation in operations as a Manager In Training at Residence Inn by Marriott, where I trained across Sales, F&B, and Housekeeping.

I started my journey at the front desk of the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati, learning the importance of guest satisfaction and conflict resolution firsthand.

Leadership & Service

I am deeply committed to shaping the future of our industry through active leadership:

  • Ohio Hotel & Lodging Association (OHLA): I serve on the Board of Trustees (Jan 2025–Present). I also advocate for women and the next generation as a member of both the Women in Leadership (WIL) Committee (Nov 2025–Present) and the Emerging Professionals Committee (Jan 2025–Present).

  • AAHOA: Since 2024, I have served as an Ambassador. I am also an active member of the Women’s Committee and previously served on the Young Professionals Committee.

It is time to move beyond annual events and create year-round impact. We need a community that strengthens our businesses every single day. I have a clear plan to support the women of AAHOA, but I cannot execute it alone. Together, we will build a platform that delivers real results for all of us.
